About Capt. Lee Kuepper
Lee grew up in northern Wisconsin, chasing any freshwater fish that he could get a line to. He guided throughout the summers in Alaska throughout his college career, while at the same time juggling a collegiate. After graduating with a degree in wildlife management and ecology, Lee packed up his things and move to full-time to Alaska.
Initially working on Lake Creek in south Central Alaska, Lee eventually found his way to the Kenai River, where he resides and works today. Lee is a passionate and skilled angler, with a strong drive to make everybody in his boat better.
A certified fly casting instructor, Lee takes pride in both the amount of education , And fun that he has in his boat every day during the season. An avid spey casting enthusiast and instructor, Lee will set the bar high for any past or future guide trips that you may go on. Any day out on the water, regardless of the species, Lee is sure to put fish and fun to the boat every single day.
Lee currently resides in the town of Sterling Alaska, with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. All of which love being outside sharing the beauty of Alaska with their guests.
